Abstract: At present, the concept of security work in colleges and universities is relatively backward, and the team construction can not keep up with the development of the situation. In addition, the safety awareness of teachers, students and staff needs to be further improved. With the development of society, the security work in colleges and universities must be transformed. In the specific practice, the Security Department of Anhui University of technology improves work system and compact the responsibility of safety management; strengthen safety education and improve the safety awareness of teachers and students; promote the technical defense and improve the safety level; strengthen team construction and improve the ability of security disposal; deepen the cooperation between school and local departments in construction, governance and sharing of safety work.
