高校家庭经济困难学生精准认定工作探索

On the Accurate Identification of Students from Poor Families in Colleges and Universities

摘要: 精准认定家庭经济困难学生是高校资助工作的重要基础，是实现精准扶贫的必要保障。目前，高校家庭经济困难学生认定，存在证明材料准确性低、认定标准量化不科学、认定过程主观性强、资助工作队伍不专业等问题。应加强多部门协作、制定科学的认定依据及量化标准，采用数学模型分析数据，提高认定精准性。

Abstract: Accurate identification of students from poor families is an important foundation for university financing work and a necessary guarantee to achieve targeted poverty alleviation. Currently, there are some problems in the identification of college students from poor families, such as low accuracy of proof materials, unscientific quantification of identification standards, strong subjectivity of identification process and lack of professional financing team.
