Abstract: Ideological construction is related to the future and destiny of the party, the long-term stability of the country and national cohesion. Since the outbreak of the major epidemic, the Communist Party of China has integrated ideological construction into all aspects of epidemic prevention and control, taken political construction as the guide to promote ideological construction, attached importance to discipline construction, strengthened system construction, and enhanced organizational construction, which demonstrates the strong cohesion and great centripetal force of socialist ideology. Ideological construction under the major epidemic situation is a systematic project of normalization, openness and long-term. It is the essential attribute of ideological construction to insist on the leadership of the party.
