高质量发展背景下精益管理创新评价与提升策略

Appraisal of Lean Management Innovation and Promotion Strategy under High-quality Development

  • 摘要: 针对现有精益管理创新评价研究的不足,从产品设计、物流与采购、生产过程、顾客满意及持续改善等五个维度构建了精益管理创新评价体系。为保障指标权重的合理性,采用组合权重法确定指标权重,同时考虑到评价过程中存在不确定性信息,引入了未确知评价模型。以三家制造企业为例进行了实证研究,并给出了促进企业精益管理水平提升的建议与策略。

     

    Abstract: In terms of the shortcomings of existing lean management innovation evaluation research, a lean management innovation evaluation system was constructed from five dimensions:product design, logistics and purchasing, production process, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. In order to ensure the rationality of the index weights, the combinational weight method is used to determine the index weights. At the same time, considering the uncertain information in the evaluation process, an unascertained evaluation model is introduced. An empirical study was conducted with three manufacturing enterprises as examples, and suggestions and strategies were given to promote the improvement of lean management.
