中小企业绩效管理存在的问题及其对策

Probe into the Problems and Countermeasures of Performance Management in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

  • 摘要: 中小企业在绩效管理方面存在诸多问题。中小企业在设计和实施绩效管理时,必须基于企业自身的现实情况,建立与企业发展战略相适应的绩效管理目标,健全绩效管理制度,规范绩效管理过程,加强企业的绩效反馈和沟通,以实现企业绩效的持续提升和企业核心竞争力的不断提高。

     

    Abstract: There are many problems in the performance management of small and medium-sizedenterprises.When designing and implementing performance management for small and medium-sized enterprises, they should establish performance management goals that are compatible with the corporate development strategy based on their own actual conditions, to improve performance management systems,standardize performance management processes,and strengthen corporate performance feedback and communication to achievethe continuous improvement of corporate performance and the continuous improvement of corporate core competitiveness.
