Abstract: With the implementation of the education informationization 2.0 action plan, the education informationization environment has been formed. Anhui Dialect pronunciation has a negative transfer effect on pronunciation and intonation in spoken English. Therefore, it is necessary to rely on the information environment and use information technology to weaken and reduce the negative transfer effect, so as to improve the English language output quality of English learners who speak Anhui dialect.
