Abstract: To strengthen the labor education of college students is the necessary condition of cultivating socialist builders and successors, the inevitable choice to cultivate qualified social citizens, and the necessary link and basic way to realize the all-round development of college students' moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetics and labor education. To strengthen the labor education of college students, the methods of theoretical education, typical demonstration, incentive education and practical education can be adopted. To strengthen the labor education of college students in the new era, it's necessary to strengthen the top-level design and improve the labor education mechanism; build a labor education platform to achieve collaborative education; pay attention to practice and cultivate labor feelings; strengthen the publicity and guidance of public opinion to create a positive atmosphere.
