Abstract: The efficiency and standardization of government procurement cannot be separated from the scientific nature of government procurement budget management. Universities should fully understand the problems in government procurement budget management, think about the organization and development of budget management, work processes and models, and the construction of supervision and evaluation systems,and strive to solve problems encountered in actual operations, so as to improve budget management. The level of government procurement in colleges and universities is more efficient and standardized.
