从协同到认同:高校新生分层递进式思想政治教育模块建构

From Coordination to Identification: Construction of Hierarchical Progressive Ideological and Political Education Modules for Freshmen in Colleges and Universities

  • 摘要: 提升高校新生阶段思想政治教育实效,应以全员、全程、全方位协同为实施原则,以构建适应教育、专业教育、理论教育、隐性教育等分层递进式模块为实施路径,以实现新生的大学认同、自我认同、使命认同和主体认同为目标,使高校新生入学阶段的思想政治教育系统从无序走向有序,推动高校立德树人根本任务落地生根。

     

    Abstract: To improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education for freshmen in colleges and universities, it's necessary to take everybody, the whole process and all-round cooperation as the implementation principle, take the construction of hierarchical progressive modules such as adaptive education, professional education, theoretical education and hidden education as the implementation path, and take the realization of freshmen' identification of school, themselves, mission and subject as the goal, so as to make the ideological and political education system of freshmen in colleges and universities from disorder to order, and promote the fundamental task of moral education in colleges and universities to take root.
