新时代高校教师教学胜任力评价研究

The Evaluation and Empirical Study of the Teaching Competence of Teachers in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

  • 摘要: 高校教师教学胜任力是高校人才培养质量提升的重要保障。针对目前高校教师教学能力现状,从内部和外部两个层面筛选出高校教师胜任力评价指标,并结合问卷调查和专家咨询结果,构建了新时代高校教师教学胜任力的评价指标体系。运用灰色关联模型,对高校教师教学胜任力进行评价。高校应通过政策激励,引导教师积极提升教学胜任力。

     

    Abstract: The teaching competence of teachers in colleges and universities is an important guarantee to improve the quality of talent cultivation. In view of current situation of teachers' teaching competence in colleges and universities, this paper selects the competence evaluation indexes of teachers in colleges and universities from the internal and external aspects, and constructs an evaluation index system of teaching competence of teachers in colleges and universities in the new era based on the results of questionnaire survey and expert consultation. Grey correlational model is adopted to evaluate the teaching competence of teachers in colleges and universities. Colleges and universities should guide teachers to actively improve their teaching competence through policy incentives.
