以学科竞赛推动工程管理创新人才培养探究

An Exploration on Promoting the Cultivation of Innovative Talents in Engineering Management with Academic Competition

  • 摘要: 学科竞赛对工程管理创新人才培养具有推动作用。高校应以学科竞赛为契机,引导学生主动思考,主动创新,使其在执行比赛任务的同时进一步深化对理论知识的消化吸收。高校应为师生参与学科竞赛提供支持,进一步提高人才培养质量。

     

    Abstract: Academic competition can promote the cultivation of innovative talents in engineering management. Colleges and universities should take the academic competition as an opportunity to guide students to think and innovate actively, so as to further deepen the digestion and absorption of theoretical knowledge while performing the competition task. Colleges and universities should provide support for teachers and students to participate in academic competitions and further improve the quality of talent training.
