基于学科竞赛的新工科人才培养模式探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of New Engineering Talent Training Mode Based on Discipline Competition

  • 摘要: 新产业革命、新科技革命对新工科人才提出了新要求,学科竞赛成为工程人才培养的重要载体和途径。高校应切实把学科竞赛纳入人才培养体系,展开重要专业学科竞赛与课堂教学深度融合,制定科学有效的学科竞赛管理机制,通过学科竞赛与课堂教学深度融合,提升新工科人才的培养质量。

     

    Abstract: The new industrial revolution and the new scientific and technological revolution have put forward new requirements for new engineering talents, and discipline competition has become an important carrier and way to train engineering talents. Universities should put discipline competition into the talent training system, carry out the deep integration of important professional discipline competition and classroom teaching, formulate a scientific and effective discipline competition management mechanism, through the deep integration of discipline competition and classroom teaching, and improve the training quality of new engineering talents.
