Abstract: The current situation of rapidly entering the population aging society makes the current pension system unable to meet the needs of the elderly property management. The combination of voluntary guardianship and civil trust is an important choice for the personal and property management of the elderly. We should learn from the practical experience of foreign law of voluntary property guardianship, living trust and special needs trust, improve the trust property registration system and taxation systems, solve the problems related to the qualification access of trustees and the termination of their duties, determine the civil trust supervision mechanism and risk prevention mechanism, promote the combination of civil trust and voluntary guardianship, and establish a compulsory trust system.
