行业和地方传统化工类院校人才培养的几点思考

Thoughts on Talent Training in Industry and Local Traditional Chemical Engineering Colleges and Universities

    摘要
  • 摘要: 围绕行业和地方化工经济发展对工程技术人才的理论知识、创新能力和人文素质的需求，巩固和壮大化工学科特色是地方化工类院校的重大课题。在一流学科创建背景下，以第五轮学科评估为导向，从人文素养、研究生与本科生知识和能力等几个方面着力培养，提高地方化工院校人才培养质量。

     

    Abstract: The development of industry and local economy have put forward new requirements for the theoretical knowledge, innovation ability and humanistic quality of engineering and technical talents. Therefore, local chemical colleges and universities must reform the talent training. They should constantly improve students' humanistic quality, strengthen the quality control of talent training and make continuous improvement.
