跨学科视角下素质导向型工程人才培养探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Quality Oriented Engineering Talent Training from an Interdisciplinary Perspective

  • 摘要: 新工科背景下开展跨学科教育对培育具有系统思维、整合能力和创新精神的复合型人才具有重要意义。高校应以跨学科教育为导引,依托工程的实践性、综合性,建立教学理念、教学目标、教学内容、教学工具与资源、教学方法与手段以及教学效果与评价六位一体的跨学科工程人才支撑体系,深化跨学科工程人才培养改革,提高人才培养质量。

     

    Abstract: Under the background of new engineering, carrying out interdisciplinary education is of great significance to cultivate compound talents with systematic thinking, integration ability and innovative spirit. Colleges and universities should take interdisciplinary education as the guidance and rely on the practicality and comprehensiveness of engineering, establish an interdisciplinary engineering talent support system integrating teaching ideas, teaching objectives, teaching contents, teaching tools and resources, teaching methods and means, teaching effect and evaluation, and deepen the effectiveness of interdisciplinary engineering talent training.
