工业行业绿色生产效率实证研究

Empirical Study on Green Production Efficiency of Industrial Industry

  • 摘要: 构建工业行业绿色生产效率评价指标体系,基于38个工业行业的样本观察值,划分效率值达到1、0.8及不足0.8的三类工业行业,进行纯技术效率分析、规模效率分析及综合技术效率分析。结果表明:38个工业行业中有5个工业行业绿色生产的综合技术效率是有效的;16个工业行业绿色生产的TE值小于1是PTE值低造成的;13个工业行业绿色生产的TE值小于1的主要原因是SE值低;4个工业行业绿色生产的TE值小于1是SE值与PTE值都低造成的。

     

    Abstract: The green production efficiency evaluation index system of the industries is constructed. Based on the sample observation values of 38 industries, three types of industries with efficiency values of 1, 0.8, and less than 0.8 are divided, and pure technical efficiency analysis, scale efficiency analysis, and comprehensive technical efficiency analysis are carried out. The results show that the comprehensive technical efficiency of green production in five of the 38 industries is effective; the TE value of green production in 16 industries is less than 1, which is caused by the low PTE value; the main reason that the TE value of green production in 13 industries is less than 1 is the low SE value; the TE value of green production in four industries is less than 1 due to low SE and PTE values.
