Abstract: Cold chain logistics has the characteristics of large construction cost, complex system, and strong coordination, so it is extremely important to select the geographical location of cold chain logistics suppliers. This paper uses the combination of analytic hierarchy process and entropy method to comprehensively determine the weight of the evaluation index of cold chain logistics center location and then combines it with grey correlation to construct the evaluation model.
