公共管理专业实习的困境与改进策略——一个教育行动研究理论的实践

The Implementation Difficulties and Improvement Strategies of Practice of Public Administration Specialty——A Practice Based on Educational Action Research Theory

  • 摘要: 公共管理专业实习是实现公共管理教育和培养公共治理人才的重要途径。现实中高校公共管理专业实习却存在组织实施不到位等问题,导致理论教学和实践培养的脱节。教育行动研究是沟通教育理论与教学实践的中介,有其特定的理论研究内核和实际操作要求,是指导专业实习的重要理论支撑。遵循教育行动研究的理论要求,深入推进专业实习教学改革,为高校改进公共管理专业实习效果提供了路径策略。

     

    Abstract: Practice of public administration specialty is an important way to realize public administration education and cultivate public administration talents. In reality, the practice of public administration major in colleges and universities is not well organized and implemented, which leads to the long-term disconnection between theoretical teaching and practical training. Educational action research, as the intermediary between educational theory and teaching practice, has its specific theoretical research core and practical operation requirements and is an important theoretical support to guide practice. In accordance with the theoretical requirements of educational action research, the teaching reform of practice of public administration specialty is deeply promoted, which provides a path strategy for colleges and universities to improve the effect of practice in public administration.
