大学生思想政治理论课满意度与获得感的同构与差异探析

Exploring the Isomorphism and Difference of College Students' Satisfaction and Sense of Gain in Ideological and Political Course

  • 摘要: 大学生思想治理论政课获得感与满意度既有同构性又有差异性,都是基于客观学习所获得的主观评价,都跟个体的学习前置期望及任课教师因素紧密相关。满意度的产生具有及时性和当下性,获得感的形成具有滞后性和长期性,获得感是满意度提升的基础和目的,提高思想政治理论课质量是为了增强学生高质量的获得感。增强获得感关键在教师,教师要身兼“心理导师”“高级营养师”“艺术设计师”的职能,提供“配方精良”“包装时尚”的“理论营养餐”,满足学生成才成长的精神需要。

     

    Abstract: Students’ sense of acquisition and satisfaction to ideological and political theory courses are both isomorphic and different, both are subjective evaluations based on objective learning, and both are closely related to individual learning expectations and teachers’ factors. Satisfaction is timely and immediate, while acquisition, which is lagging and long-term, is the basis and purpose of satisfaction. The key to enhancing the sense of acquisition lies in the teachers, who should function as “psychological tutors”, “senior nutritionists” and “artistic designers”, and provide “well-formulated” and “stylishly packaged”“theoretical nutrition meals” in order to meet the spiritual needs of students’ success and growth.
