高校学生工作部门“三全育人”的现实困境与路径优化

An Exploration on the Realistic Dilemmas and Path Optimization of the Three-entire Education of College Student Work Department

  • 摘要: 高校学生工作部门是开展“三全育人”、构建“十大育人”体系的重要力量。造成当前学生工作部门“三全育人”存在全员育人合力不强、全过程育人衔接不紧、全方位育人联动不足等问题的原因,主要是学生工作人员思想认识不够到位、理论研究不够深入、学生工作体制机制不够健全等。要坚持问题导向和效果导向,提高政治站位,强化顶层设计、内部治理与改革创新,推动学生工作部门学习型、研究型组织建设,积极开展相关理论研究和模式创新,逐步完善相关体制机制,提升“三全育人”成效。

     

    Abstract: The college student work department is an important force to carry out the “three-entire education” and construct the “ten-function education” system. The main reasons for the problems such as weak joint force among the whole staff, loose connection of the whole process of education and insufficient all-round education linkage in the current “three-entire education” of the student work department are that the ideological understanding of the student staff is not in place, the theoretical research is not deep enough, and the student work system and mechanism are not perfect. It is necessary to be problem-oriented and result-oriented, raise the political position, strengthen top-level design, internal governance and reform innovation, promote the organizational construction of learning-oriented and research-oriented student work department, actively carry out relevant theoretical research and model innovation, and gradually improve relevant systems and mechanisms to improve the effect of “three-entire education”.
