Abstract: Scientific and reasonable science and technology innovation policies provide strong support and institutional guarantee for further deepening the reform of science and technology system and improving the innovation system. In recent years, Anhui Province closely focusing on the construction of innovative Province, unswervingly implements the innovation driven strategy, and actively promotes the construction of scientific and technological innovation force system. This paper constructs the evaluation index system of the implementation effect of science and technology innovation policy in Anhui Province, evaluates the implementation effect of science and technology innovation policy in Anhui Province by using the research methods of vertical time series and horizontal regional comparison, and puts forward specific optimization ideas and countermeasures based on the policy evaluation results.
