医学院校大学生专业认同对学习投入的影响:学习动机的中介作用

The Influence of Professional Identity on Learning Engagement of Medical College Students: The Mediating Role of Learning Motivation

  • 摘要: 为了探讨医学院校大学生学习动机在专业认同和学习投入之间的中介作用,采用专业认同问卷、学习动机量表和学习投入量表对862名大学生进行调查。结果显示:医学院校大学生专业认同、学习动机和学习投入得分总体上处于中等水平;医学院校大学生专业认同、学习动机和学习投入之间呈显著正相关;专业认同和学习动机对学习投入具有显著的预测作用,学习动机在专业认同和学习投入之间存在中介效应。强化大学生的专业引导与学习动机,是大学生入学适应顺利并获得良好发展的重要条件。

     

    Abstract: In order to explore the mediating effect of learning motivation of medical college students between professional identity and learning engagement, a total of 862 college students were investigated by professional identity questionnaire, Learning Motivation Scale and Learning Engagement Scale. The results showed that the scores of medical college students' professional identity, learning motivation and learning engagement were generally at a medium level. There was a significant positive correlation among professional identity, learning motivation and learning engagement of medical college students. Professional identity and learning motivation have a significant predictive effect on learning engagement, and learning motivation has a mediating effect between professional identity and learning engagement. Strengthening college students' professional guidance and learning motivation is an important condition for college students' smooth enrollment adaptation and good development.
