成批到达排队系统在高校图书馆流通管理中的应用

The Application of Batch Arrival Queuing System in Library Circulation Service System in University

  • 摘要: 研究成批到达Mx/M/N/M排队系统在高校图书馆流通管理中的应用。通过对汇文系统的数据统计分析,建立此服务系统的排队论模型,得到系统的流通强度、稳态平均队长、稳态平均逗留时间、系统损失率等性能指标,给出在当前疫情防控常态下高校图书馆服务台数量设置的管理建议。

     

    Abstract: This paper proposes to apply the batch arrival Mx/M/N/M queuing system to the library circulation service system in universities and establishes the queuing theory of this service system through statistical analysis of the data of Huiwen system. The model obtains performance indicators such as the system's circulation intensity, steady-state average captain, steady-state average stay time, and system loss rate, and gives management suggestions for setting the number of service desks in this museum under the current epidemic prevention and control normal.
