大学生法治教育的价值重塑与路径优化——基于法治公共课的视角

Value Reconstruction and Path Optimization of Legal Education for College Students-Based on the Perspective of Public Course of Rule of Law

  • 摘要: 大学生法治教育应注重培养法治意识、提高法治思维能力、坚定法治信仰。目前法治教育存在教育内容知识化、教育主体对象化、教育实施形式化的问题,不利于大学生法治素养的提升。高校应从个体价值、目标价值、社会价值三个维度重塑高校法治教育价值,逐步独立设置法治教育课程、以“师生合作学习”为教育理念、开展“生活教育”模式、加强师资队伍建设等,提高大学生法治教育实效。

     

    Abstract: The legal education of college students should focus on cultivating the legal consciousness, improving the legal thinking ability and strengthening the legal belief. At present, there are some problems in legal education, such as knowledgeable education content, object-oriented education subject and formalized education implementation, which are not conducive to the improvement of legal literacy of college students. Colleges and universities should reshape the value of legal education from the three dimensions of individual value, target value and social value, gradually set up legal education courses independently, take "cooperative learning between teachers and students" as the educational concept, carry out "life education" mode, and strengthen the construction of teaching staff, so as to improve the effectiveness of legal education for college students.
