新工科背景下无机非金属材料专业复合型人才培养探究

A Research on the Cultivation of Compound Talents for Inorganic Non-Metallic Materials Specialty under the Background of New Engineering

  • 摘要: 传统无机非金属材料专业存在社会认可度低、人才培养与社会需求脱节等问题。在新工科建设背景下,高校应根据自身实际,因地制宜地进行改革。通过动态调整课程设置,优化教师团队,加强产教融合,依托多学斜交叉,并在教学中融入学科竞赛等,有效推进新工科背景下的传统专业教学改革,提高人才培养质量。

     

    Abstract: The traditional inorganic non-metallic materials specialtyis of some problems, such as low social recognition and disconnection between talent training and social demands. Under the background of new engineering construction, colleges and universities should reform according to their own reality and local conditions. By dynamically adjusting the curriculum setting, optimizing the team of teachers, strengthening the integration of production and education, relying on multi-disciplinary crossing, and integrating discipline competitions into teaching, we can effectively promote the teaching reform of traditional majors under the background of new engineering and improve the quality of talent training.
