新工科背景下物流工程专业人才培养模式改革探析

A Research on the Reform of Talent Training Mode of Logistics Engineering Majors under the Background of New Engineering

  • 摘要: 物流业的转型升级、物流新技术的普及对高校物流工程专业人才培养提出了新的要求。传统物流工程专业在人才培养方案上对能力导向重视不足,在课程设置上对实践教学弱化。在新工科建设背景下,物流工程专业应优化培养方案,强化实践教学,完善教师培训体系和考核机制,培养满足社会需求的物流工程专业人才。

     

    Abstract: The transformation and upgrading of logistics industry and the popularization of new logistics technology put forward new requirements for talent training of logistics engineering majors in colleges and universities. The traditional talent training program of logistics engineering majors does not pay enough attention to ability orientation and weakens practical teaching in the curriculum setting. Under the background of new engineering construction, logistics engineering majors should optimize the training program, strengthen practical teaching, improve the teacher training system and assessment mechanism, and cultivate talents of logistics engineering majors to meet the social needs.
