Abstract: After the outbreak of the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid North Korea, under the correct leadership of the Party, the vast rural areas of Huizhou zone from 1951 to 1952 set off a patriotic fertility movement upsurge, which not only promoted the rapid development of agricultural production, but also improved the ideological consciousness of the farmers and the level of agricultural cooperation in Huizhou zone. To promote rural development and ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization, we should draw lessons from the precious experience of the patriotic fertility movement in Huizhou zone, adhere to the organic unity of economic development and ideological and political construction, improve the working ability of grassroots cadres, and carry out the work with policies, measures and forms in line with regional characteristics.
