Abstract: Rural cultural and creative design needs to excavate rural history and culture, improve the construction of rural civilization, and provide sufficient nutrients for the construction of modern new countryside. Lingjiatan Natural Village should fully tap the potential value of the village itself, and display and inherit the value of local culture better through the emerging carrier of cultural and creative products. Specific measures include: adhere to cultural and creative guidance to cultivate the endogenous capacity of rural development, adhere to government leadership to strengthen the system guarantee of rural development, and adhere to local conditions to achieve cultural and tourism interaction and industrial integration.
