立德树人视域下工业工程专业教学改革与实践

A Teaching Reform and Practice of Industrial Engineering Major from the Perspective of Moral Education

  • 摘要: 立德树人是高等教育的根本任务,也是新时代对高等教育的必然要求。在立德树人视域下针对工业工程专业的特点,进行了以立德树人为目标导向、以全过程的链条式协同育人为支撑点、以四个融合为人才培养着力点以及三个维度保障措施为基础的工业工程专业教学改革与实践,取得了较好的人才培养效益。

     

    Abstract: Moral education is the fundamental task of higher education, and it is also an inevitable requirement of higher education in the new era. According to the characteristics of industrial engineering major from the perspective of moral education, the teaching reform and practice mode of industrial engineering major is constructed with moral education as goal orientation, whole-process chain collaborative education as support, four integration as the focus of talent training and three dimensions of safeguard measures as the base. Taking the industrial engineering major of Anhui University of Technology as an example, the implementation effect of this mode is expounded.
