Exploration on the Government-Industry-University-Research-Application Integrated Talent Training for Biotechnology Major Under the Background of New Engineering

  • 摘要: 新工科建设是推进高等教育综合改革与促进高校毕业生高质量创业就业的战略布局。生物技术专业以新工科理念为指引,通过构筑学科交叉型课程体系、搭建高水平产学研合作教育平台、优化理论教学方式与实践教学硬件环境、加强师资队伍建设、构建综合性质量监控与保障体系等,形成了“政产学研用”融合的人才培养模式,全面提高了人才培养质量。

     

    Abstract: The construction of “new engineering” is the strategic layout to promote the comprehensive reform of higher education and promote high-quality entrepreneurship and employment of university graduates. Under the guidance of the “new engineering” concept, the biotechnology major has established interdisciplinary curriculum system, built high-level industry-university-research cooperation education platform, reformed the theoretical teaching method and practical teaching hardware environment, designed a “three-in-one” evaluation system, strengthened the construction of teaching staff and department of biotechnology, and built a comprehensive quality control and guarantee system, which comprehensively improved the quality of talent training by the “government-industry-university-research-application” integrated talent training model.
