儒家思想对大学生道德人格培育的借鉴

Insights from Confucianism on the Cultivation of Moral Character in University Students

  • 摘要: 道德人格是个体素质结构的核心要素,当前大学生道德人格的发展总体上是积极向上的,但也存在道德认知的模糊性、道德情感的冷漠性、道德意志的脆弱性、道德行为的功利性等现实困境。儒家思想在重“知”、养“情”、坚“意”、践“行”等方面具有丰富的道德人格培育的借鉴资源,需要通过课堂教学、校园文化、社会实践三个方面进行实践建构。

     

    Abstract: Moral character stands as a core element within the overall structure of individual qualities. The current developmental status of moral character among university students is, on the whole, positive; however, challenges such as the ambiguity in moral cognition, emotional indifference towards morality, fragility of moral willpower, and utilitarian tendencies in moral behavior persist. Confucianism, with its emphasis on “knowledge”, cultivation of “emotions”, steadfastness of “will” and implementation of “actions”, provides a rich source of inspiration for the cultivation of moral character. Practical construction in this regard necessitates implementation through classroom teaching, campus culture, and social practices.
