Abstract: Cultivation of postgraduate innovation ability is an important part of postgraduate education. In some universities, there are problems such as large gaps in faculty strength, insufficient academic atmosphere, being short of innovative guidance by instructors, and insufficient awareness and ability of innovation among graduate students. Colleges and universities should promote postgraduates to enhance their awareness of scientific research and innovation, cultivate postgraduates’ interest in scientific research and learning ability, strengthen the requirements and supervision of postgraduate supervisors, and improve postgraduates’ scientific research and innovation ability.
