Abstract: It is necessary to make a correct understanding of MOOC with the reasonable combination of the present classroom teaching at the best use of its advantages and service to the teaching. In the teaching of the course Modern Control Theory, teachers are supposed to change MOOC into the assistance of flipped classroom teaching in which some important concept, knowledge points and typical example analysis can be additionally made into MOOC, and add up, by use of MOOC, varieties of mathematical knowledge points related to the course for the alleviation of less teaching hour pressure.
