Abstract: The right to adequate housing is of great importance as the basic human rights, which has three connotations of the rights to the housing protection, inviolability and property. Those rights are distinctive and interdependent in the unification to the concept of the proper right to adequate housing on the higher level while the concept is clear and definite to the connotation of the right to the adequate housing that upgrades the standard of the right to adequate housing from home ownership to home suitability. And the concept of the right to adequate housing reveals that the state is obligatory and responsible to the guarantee of this citizen right by taking the comprehensive measures.
