我校职务专利现状与对策研究——基于“十二五”数据的实证分析

A Study on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Service Patent in Our University——An Empirical Analysis Based on the Data of“The Twelfth Five-Year Guideline”

  • 摘要: 通过学校整体、校内各学科以及全省高校三个维度对我校“十二五”期间职务专利数据进行实证分析。结果表明:“十二五”期间, 我校教师无论在发明创造意识还是在发明创造能力方面都有明显提高;传统优势学科在专利领域仍然发挥主力军的作用;我校的发明创造的能力较强但发明创造的意识有待进一步提高。因此, 要重视各学科在知识产权领域的协调发展, 重视全校工科教师发明创造意识的全面提升。

     

    Abstract: With a three-dimensional empirical analysis of university as a whole, all disciplines in the university and all universities and colleges in Anhuiprovince, the paper investigates the data of service patent during“the twelfth five-year plan”in AHUT.Resultsshow that during the period of“the twelfth five-year plan”, teachers in AHUT have significantly improved not onlyin the inventive and creative awareness but in the inventive and creative ability;traditional predominant disciplines still play the role of the main force in the field of patents;our teachers' inventive and creative ability is relatively strong but the consciousness of invention and creation needs to be further improved.Therefore, importance should be attached to the coordinated development of various disciplines in the field of intellectual property, and to the overall improvement of the inventive and creative awareness of teachersin engineering science.
