辅助器材在跳远教学中运用的实验研究

Empirical Research of Auxiliary Appliance in Long Jump Teaching

  • 摘要: 对使用辅助器材和正常手段跳远教学的两组学生在助跑加速、踏板、起跳、腾空、落地技术动作学习过程进行全面的技术指标对照分析, 发现使用辅助器材, 创新教学模式, 改变了单一、枯燥的跳远教学方式, 提高了学生的学习积极性, 促进学生短时期内尽快形成正确的跳远技术动作, 从而提高教学效果。

     

    Abstract: Comparative analysis of technical indexes with auxiliary appliance vs.normal means in long jump teaching for two group students in running approach, foot boarding, stamping skill, rising, and landing shows that the teaching of long jump with auxiliary appliance change reform the monotonous teaching mode, promote students interests in learning, and help them master the correct long jump skills within a short period of time to improve teaching effect.
