Abstract: In the comparison of the ancient music Recalls Qin E selected from the Fragmentary Gold Ci-poetry Score (Suijin Cipu in Chinese pinyin) with the same name song by XIAN Xinghai, they are eventually different in the music form and structure, mode and harmonic structure, rhythm and tempo, and melody and performance. The ancient music is used to chanting and the rules and forms make influence on the rhythm that is closely related to the melody. And the works by XIAN makes use of the western music composing skills and makes the mixture of the elements in traditional music and modern music.
