共情在高校辅导员谈心谈话工作中的运用

The Use of Empathy in College Counselors' Talk Work

  • 摘要: 共情指的是能设身处地体验他人处境,从而达到感受和理解他人情感的能力。高校辅导员谈心谈话工作中运用共情可有效提高教育效果。辅导员运用共情可通过倾听、理解、分析从而引导学生进行正确的价值选择。共情的运用能够培养学生健全人格、陪伴学生顺利度过不同阶段,培育具有共情能力的大学生。

     

    Abstract: Empathy means putting ourselves in the situation of others, so as to feeland understand others'emotion. Using empathy in college counselors' talk work can improve the effectiveness of education.By listening, understanding and analyzing, counselors can guide students to make correct value choices through empathy. The use of empathy can cultivate students' healthy personality, accompany students go through different stages and cultivate college students'empathy ability.
