稳就业:推进大中专毕业生就业的行动反思基于安徽省部分毕业生就业状况的调查

  • 摘要: 本文聚焦于安徽省内2020—2022届10707名未就业大中专毕业生就业状态的综合调查。研究发现:“慢就业”“稳就业”“返乡热”等现象出现或加剧;线上招聘或成为主要招聘方式。通过logistic回归分析发现,未就业毕业生的就业心态、就业准备充分度以及对线上招聘效果的认可度等对其就业存在显著正向影响。同时发现,女生比男生就业更积极,且就业积极性与学历层次成反比。建议:政府、学校应有组织地推广线上招聘求职信息;要发挥政策的人才引领作用,吸引广大高校毕业生就地就近就业;实现用人单位招聘和学生需求的精准匹配;创新在校学生参与工作实习的渠道和方式;注重引导大中专毕业生树立正确的就业心态。

     

    Abstract: This paper conducts a comprehensive investigation on the employment status of 10 707 unemployed college and vocational school graduates in Anhui Province from 2020 to 2022. The research finds that phenomena such as “slow employment”, “stable employment”, and “returning home fever” have emerged or intensified; online recruitment may become the main recruitment method. Through logistic regression analysis, it is found that the employment mindset of unemployed graduates, the degree of employment preparation, and the recognition of the effectiveness of online recruitment have a significant positive impact on their employment. At the same time, it is found that female graduates are more proactive in seeking employment than male graduates, and the employment enthusiasm is inversely proportional to the educational level. Suggestions: The government and schools should organize the promotion of online recruitment and job-seeking information; policies should play a leading role in attracting college graduates to seek employment locally; achieve precise matching between employers’ recruitment needs and students’ demands; innovate channels and methods for students to participate in work internships; and pay attention to guiding college and vocational school graduates to establish a correct employment mindset.
