Abstract: The increase rate has kept at around 8.5% since Anhui entered the age of new normal economy. The main features reflect itself in the transformation of economic development mode, the internal optimizing of economic structure, and the improvement of service quality. The increase rate or decrease rate and the optimizing of economic structure under the new normal will exert great influences on the trend of tax revenues and structure in Anhui, and also add pressure to the realization of steady tax revenues. Therefore, it is imperative to accelerate the reform of direct tax and increase its contribution rate to the rise of tax revenue.
