摘要: 《姑娘们和女人们的生活》中戴尔的姑姑们体现出传统女性的思想;戴尔的母亲乔丹夫人则体现为自由和独立而抗争的进步女性形象;主人公戴尔的形象是努力适应环境并且自强自立的女性形象。

Abstract: In Lives of Girls and Women, Dell's aunts embody the ideology of tradition;Mrs.Jordan, dell's mother, represents the progressive female image struggling for freedom and independence;Dell herself, who tries to acclimate to the environment, shows a self-reliant female image.
