Abstract: Sharing economy in Anhui Province develops rapidly and local enterprises attach importance to innovation. It has huge development momentum and unlimited potential. But it also faces problems like regulatory lag, lack of industrial chain environment, and incomplete credit system. The development of sharing economy in Anhui Province requires a deep understanding of the characteristics of sharing economy, following to its development rules, the guidance of norms and appropriate supervision in the premise of encouraging innovation. And creating an appropriate environment for sharing economic development from four aspects of the system, policy, thinking and law is also necessary.
