Abstract: Mental health education of college students must be combined with the education oflife belief, activities experience and the pursuit of the subject value of life, the cultivation of psychological capital. It should also highly improve students' life value,stimulate their mental potential, and promote them to become the people with perfect personality and the all-round development.
