Abstract: Under rapid development of intelligent community and smart community, traditional property management and service can no longer meet residents' multiple demands of convenience and safety. Property management system under the new situation must be of high-degree integration, interaction and dynamism. Property service should be diversified with support of advanced technologies of Internet of things, mobile Internet, cloud technology, etc. Innovation and development of property management and service system guided by thought of smart community should be developed based on specific enterprise conditions and adopt diverse forms;measures should also be taken to achieve franchisees and characteristic management with support of brand enterprises and smart community platform.
