Abstract: It is indicated in the empirical study related to the establishment of government supervision satisfaction model on infant milk powder in China in 2013, under the background of the implementation of milk industry supervision policy as well as at the help of American customer satisfaction index model by use of structural equation model that the customer evaluation on the satisfaction of government supervision on infant milk powder is entirely between the more dissatisfactory and the just-so-so, the supervision perception quality and policy recognition degree are the two direct factors to the supervision satisfaction, and the economic feature shown by customers and the attention paid to the supervision information are another two indirect factors, and the customer satisfaction makes obviously positive influence on the trust value of milk powder quality.
