Abstract: Hu Feng is the editor in chief of July and Hope who seeks to exploit and develop young writers. He gives instruction through talking face to face, writing letters and articles and showing their actual work through writing comments, publishing collections, etc. Thus, the gradual maturity of young writers should give credit for all the hard work along the bumpy way.
