A Study on Business Major Graduates' Occupation Intentions and Success Factors of Job-Seeking in Engineering Universities

  • 摘要: 大学生就业难问题已成为社会各界关注的焦点之一。了解大学生就业意向以及寻职成功的影响因素能够为指导并促进大学生就业提供依据。对商科专业毕业生的问卷调查发现,大学生的求职意向主要集中在就业地区、就业单位与期望月薪等三个因素;寻职成功的关键因素主要包括个人形象、个人能力、学业成绩以及所获专业证书状况等四个方面。

     

    Abstract: Low employment rate for college students has been a focus in all sectors of society. Learning about their occupation intentions and success factors in job-seeking can provide basis for promoting the employment. Surveys of business majors show that the orientation mainly lies in regions, enterprises and expected salaries; significant factors for getting a job include images, abilities, grades and certificates.
