摘要: 英语或汉语中很多复合词是由一个基本范畴的单词与另一个单词组合而成。从认知语义学来看，人们是通过隐喻、转喻和概念整合，由一个具体概念去理解另一个概念。

Abstract: Many compound words in English or Chinese are consisted of a word of basic category and another word. From the perspective of cognitive semantics, one gets to understand a concept from knowing another concrete concept by metaphor, metonymy and conceptual integration.
