Research on the Development of Tourism E-commerce Platform in City of Maanshan

  • 摘要: 通过对马鞍山旅游电子商务平台的市场的调查,分析了马鞍山旅游电子商务平台存在的问题。对马鞍山旅游电子商务平台的优势、劣势和机会、威胁分析发现,在内部资源上,劣势大于优势,在外部环境上,机会大于威胁。马鞍山旅游电子商务平台发展应采取扭转性的战略定位以及可供选择的具体措施,以此来推动马鞍山旅游电子商务平台的发展。

     

    Abstract: It is indicated in the market survey on tourism E-commerce platform of Maanshan and the analysis of its existed issues that disadvantages are great than advantages in the aspects of internal resources and chances are great than threat in the aspects of external environment after the further analysis of the platform in both advantages and disadvantages and chances and threat. It is hence necessary to make clear the strategic positioning and take the detailed and optional measures for the promotion of its development.
