Brief Analysis of the Modular Teaching of Employment Guidance from Perspective of Career Development Planning

  • 摘要: 高校开设大学生职业发展与就业指导课是为了更好地实现大学生就业和职业发展。运用模块化教学思想对大学生就业指导课进行教学设计,建立“职业认知与生涯规划”、“职业素养训练与能力培养”、“就业过程指导与求职准备”、“就业政策解读与形势分析”四个模块的教学方案,帮助学生合理规划未来的发展,最终实现职业生涯的最终发展。

     

    Abstract: The course Student Career Development and Employment Guidance set in colleges and univsersities is intended to make a good instruction of employment and career development for students by use of modular teaching method on the design of teaching employment guidance course in which four modulars are applied into the career recognition and development, the career quality training and capability cultivation, the employment guidance and job hunting preparation, and the explanation to employment policies and employment situation analysis for helping them have the reasonable planning for their career development with the final development in the future career.
